The construction of large power plants is a special challenge because substantial material amounts and massive personnel deployment must be coordinated in accordance with a whole schedule that must be strictly adhered to. The customers expect favourable expenses from the electro-technical companies and the observance of demanding quality standards at the same time. SEAR is a contractor that can meet these challenges because it has well established and proven staff and has developed appropriate processing standards.
SEAR is delievring cable support systems/routes, cable installations, switchgears, lighting systems, UPS supplies, distribution networks, and MSR facilities in ongoing power plant projects. The laying of several thousand kilometers of cable of the most different types can be required alone for personal needs in double block facilities. The cables connect among other things feed-ins with switchgears, distributor cabinets with devices, and monitoring equipment with MSR/control technology.
SEAR enters into cooperations with specialized sub contractots in the processing of such projects. Expense optimization as well as the downsizing of manpower requirement is always a possibility.
Our project management is supported by modern, partly in house developed IT procedures. Emphasis is to be made on the usage of our very own cable management system ISYS KM which is used on construction sites for the procurement and provision of logistics as well as for the cable waste ¬ minimisation. The tracing of a mounted cable up to the supplier as well as the specified representation of its route in the facility is made possible at every moment.
When required, SEAR takes charge of the electricity supply of the construction site and is the principal daily reference partner from the opening of the construction site to its commissioning.
