The department of Building technologies of SEAR GmbH mainly deals with the following fields of activity:

• Industrial buildings
• Community buildings, especially hospitals

Our main customers are industrial companies, trading enterprises and hospital sponsors; we partly deliver our services to the authorities, communes and general entrepreneurs.

We supply initial electro-technical outfits for new buildings. We also carry out extensive renovations of existing buildings. We put together the respective detailed design with the customer or derive our engineering from existing designs.

We realise projects mainly with own forces. We however, sometimes engage sub contractors of our trust in the execution of projects. Project administration and construction supervision always lie in the hands of SEAR.

We supply and install an extensive spectrum of electro-technical building equipment:

• Net infeeds, transformer stations
• Energy distribution systems, cable routes and cable runs
• Emergency standby power systems
• Lighting systems, individual lighting technology, emergency lighting systems
• Measurement and control technology and building automation
• Construction electricity and construction site lighting
• EIB, LON, LCN, radio and other bus technology including visualisation
• Data networks, telecommunication systems, intercoms
• Special equipment, e.g., for hospitals
• Safety and alarm technology

We always execute our activities in close coordination with the owner and with the adjacent companies.

Qualified project managers and construction supervisors, engineers, efficient assembly men and commissioners as well as trained maintenance staff and service staff are among the employees of this department. We have ready access to specialists of other departments in our company whenever they are required.
